Function:
Place cutting tools (knives in laser cut wood) directly onto conveyor belts,
put material to be cut onto cutting tool and start operation.
Cutting-tool + material is rolling on conveyer belts through cutting-unit
(placed in the middle of the machine) and after being cut stopps on the
other table-side.
Now cut material will be changed against new one and operation will be started
again manually or automatically by choosing the right program.
Depending on size, material and feeding + stacking operation you can choose
dwelling time and distance of conveying. Suitable for 1 or 2 persons (1 on
each table) operated manually or automatically.
General use:
Suitable for all kinds of materials in sheets: cardboard, paper, corrugated
board, foam, rubber, genuine and bonded leather, PVC, PP, PU and other
synthetics, textiles etc.
Applying industries:
Grafic, packing, leather & shoes, diary & bookbinding, textile, upholstery
and other industries.
