System for automatic stencil-glueing of sheets or cut parts with different glues including drying-unit
and stacker + counter.

Function:

By means of stencils made of rubber fixed on a transfer-roll-system you can place various glues exactly where you want: Only onto the edges, in stripes or patterns or fully covering all over.

Our system is a variable and universal one, suitable for sheets of paper or cardboard and cut material parts of genuine or artificial leathers, bookbinding materials and a wide range of similar materials.

The cut parts or sheets are placed by hand or by pick & place-system onto the machine table and are fed automatically to the roll-system with the stencil. After the automatic glu-eing process parts are transported to the infra-red drying-unit and after drying process stacked and counted and brought back by a conveyor belt to the start point (or the next operation).
