SYSTEM FOR THE SPRAY DISTRIBUTION OF WATER CEMENTS WITH SUCTION GRID (CM. 140X60)

Function:

Working table for the spraying of latex and water cements, with filter made of spongy material, suction grid (cm. 140x60), stain-less steel pistol and stainless steel tank with internal plastic container. The pistol is adjustable in height and the spraying angle is 45°: Thus it is suitable for a lot of various applications. The spraying-pistol is controlled by a switch. It is possible to adjust the spray pressure and the cement thrust into the tank. The quantity of sprayed cement is adjusted by means of a handy ring nut placed on the upper side of the pistol. It assures a quick and accurate cement application instead of brush application. That means reduction of working time and saving of considerable quantities of cement.
Upon request, the system can be supplied with a pneumatic device for fixing the material by pedal control.

General use:

Application in the leather industry:
Preglueing of leather parts and components for thermofolding, assembly of belts, straps or parts for the shoe and bag industries and leathergoods in general.
Application in other industries:
Cementing of cardboard and boxes in the cardboard industries, application of varnishes and water inks, distribution and dosing of any water component.

The most important feature is the non-toxicity of these water cements which can replace the standard solvent cements in many applications with an evident benefit of cleaner working environment.
