2002-XY

COVI-DUO-SPRAY 2002-XY is a universal automatic 2-axes glue-spraying-system with 800x400 mm working area and suitable for almost every kind of glue application.

Mod. 2002-XY can do linear and circular interpolations and thereby it can follow also very complex glueing courses.

Programming is done by means of a „touch screen-panel“.

The key-passing points of the adhesive are achieved by auto learning system and so the operator doesn't have to introduce any numerical data, but he must only position the applicator on the key points and store them in the memory.

After storing, the programme-unit will perform automatically the optimal course of the applicator. Now the programme can be also multiplied if more of the same parts should be sprayed on the same table at the same time.

The spraying-unit is delivered with an aspirator for glue-absorption and can be provided with applicators for 1 or 2 component-glues and the according tanks guaranteeing permanent automatic glue-feeding to the spray-applicators.
