THERMO-LINE-BENDING AND CREASING MACHINE:

Function:

1st LINE-BENDING: By means of pressure air and heat you are able to make bending-lines up to a length of 320 mm into cut material parts up to a thickness of about 1 mm.

2nd Creasing: Thanks to the infinitely variable position-fixing (=back square) creasing lines can be made in any distance parallel to the edge of a cut part. Suitable for materials up to 5 mm thickness!

General use:

1st BENDING-LINES: Premium articles like document-, passport-, creditcard-, business-card- and other folders can be produced from one cut part! By means of folding along the heat-printing lines you can fold and sew the cut parts easily and you achieve high quality products with 2 folded flaps, stitched without any glueing.

2nd CREASING-LINES: Suitable for a wide range of materials: genuine leather (including soft nappa-leather), bonded leather, synthetics and textiles. Straight creasing lines can be made fast and easily.
