Functions:
Blind embossing :
By means of heat and pressure can you apply embossings up to size 150 x 110
mm. By use of different stamping dies and by adjustment of pressure, temperature
and dwell time you can achieve various effects as for instance flat or deep
embossings on a wide range of materials and final products.
Foil stamping:
Using hot-stamping shallow foils you can apply blockings in gold, silver
and other colours. Suitable foils have to be choosen depending on material
or products.
Infinitely adjustable foil-transport combined with the control system for
heat and pressure and quick operating by pedal guarantee high working speed
and top quality.
General use:
Blind embossing and gold-, silver- or colour hot stamping of labels and patterns
onto paper, cardboard, wood, textiles, leather, artificial leathers, PVC,
PP, PU and other synthetics or natural materials. Suitable for following
industries: Packing-, cardboard-, printing-, bookbinding-, diary-, shoe-,
leather-, plastic-, electronic-, advertising and other industries.
