General use:

Suitable for all kinds of covers for passports, driver´s licence, credit and identity cards, planners & diaries, book and diary cases etc. made of genuine or bonded leather or synthetics like PVC, PU, padded or unpadded.

Functions:

• by means of an ergonomic digital control panel all memory functions can be chosen and stored: stitch length, velocity rectangular or round corner stitching, corner radius, back-stitching, thread tension, piece counter and others.
• storage up to 99 programs for a wide range of various articles in different sizes
• basic operation is simple and fast: after placing the part to be stitched at the starting position, stitching is done completely automatically (without further aid of staff), guided by a conveyer always in the right stitching position, after stitching process goods are removed from stitching area.
• equal stitch length: the last 20 mm are divided by a fast calculating computer into equal parts to guarantee equal stitch length of the last 3 - 4 stitches and exact positioning of latest stitch directly in the each corner.
• built in thread cutter pulls threads from top to bottom and cuts them equally about 3 mm length
